and swimsuit - NO Nudity involve. Rate is $25.00/hr and must be 18 years or
older - older models are welcome. Some modeling experience is preferred.

All you need is a camera!

If you take pictures for gain (ie, charging money to take the pictures, or
taking generic stock photos to later sell) or pay your "models" (ie, to get
their permission to sell their pictures), then you may need a licence in
some juridictions.

The Kitchener Municipal Code, Chapter 592 defines regulations and licence
requirements for street and transient photographers.

In this case, neither of these two cases would apply to this guy in Windsor
(even if he set up shop here), but it serves to prove the point that not all
commercial actions come "for free".
